Nestled in the foothills of the Tehachapi Mountains, McMahan Botanical Gardens is a welcome oasis of beauty that has been an inspiration to all who have been fortunate enough to visit. We hope you will return often to view the changes to our gardens and our website, as each grows and matures.

Our ongoing mission is to develop our gardens into a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Our plans include a new greenhouse, one which will have as its centerpiece a state-of-the-art hydroponic vegetable garden, a special succulent garden that will have the appearance of a beautiful coral reef, a unique waterfall feature, and much else.
